What's included?

Mostly 4 star accommodation with private facilities, breakfast and lunch or dinner every day, wine and beverages, excursions, specialist tour guides, transfers to and from Pisa/Florence airports and transport during your tour.

How many travellers on each tour?

We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your Bella Italia experience so our groups range from 7 to a maximum of 14 persons. This enables maximum flexibility.

Who are your tour guides?

Your tour will be personally led by your two English/Italian speaking hosts plus each of our vehicles has a multilingual driver.

About Your Accommodation?

Where available you'll stay in charming 4 star accommodation with quality rooms, en-suite bathrooms and modern facilities. Your hotels are interesting, unique and privately owned so you will experience warm Tuscan hospitality. You may find yourself in a 19th century restored country villa or an enchanting small hotel by the sea - either in the heart of a quaint or unusual town or amidst charming countryside. Where does the Bella Italia experience start?

Our tour starts in beautiful Lucca. If you’re flying in the easiest airport is Pisa Galileo Galilie approximately 20 minutes drive from Lucca.
Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport is approximately 50 minutes from Lucca.
If you are arriving by coach or train arrive at the Lucca station/bus terminal.

Your tour includes transfers from Pisa/Florence airports, Lucca train or bus station..

Your travel arrangements before and after joining the tour, any meals not included so that you are free to choose your own experience, travel insurance (essential), optional extras such as spa treatments, art classes (if on the Colours of Italia tour), hotel services (such as laundry, telephone, internet) incidentals and personal expenses.


What will the weather be like?

Tuscany in September and October, when Summer lingers into Autumn, is still very warm, with cooler nights. In April and May, as Spring blossoms it is very mild to warm with cooler nights.
