To reserve your place on a tour a deposit amount of AUD $500 is required.

NOTE: Bella Italia tour prices are based on the current Euro exchange rates and are subject to change until Travelplan receives full payment, based on the rate of exchange. Once full payment has been received prices are guaranteed.
Final Payment
- Due 60 days prior to tour departure.
- Bookings made within 30 days of departure are payable in full.
Cancellations
- More than 60 days before departure deposit is forfeited
- 59 – 30 days before departure 50% refund of tour price
- less than 29 days before departure no refund is available unless your place is resold in which case you receive a 50% refund on tour price.
NOTE: There is no refund for cancellations once the tour has commenced or for any part of the tour ie meals, accommodation, tours which you choose not to utilise. Should you fail to join the tour on the specified start date no refund will be made.

Travel Insurance
It is essential when you make your Tour Booking, that you purchase travel insurance for the duration of the tour. If you need help or advice Travelplan Australia can assist you.
